The present invention relates to a manure collection and transfer apparatus for livestock barns in which animals are continuously housed. More specifically, the invention provides an apparatus installed inside a barn where livestock remain in place, which reciprocates in the longitudinal direction of the barn within a clearance space formed below a rotating member in the barn, thereby enabling easy collection of livestock manure. By being installed in the clearance space at the lower side of the rotatable member in the barn, no additional installation space is required for the apparatus. Furthermore, auxiliary blades are additionally provided at both ends of the collection unit to prevent manure from leaking out at both ends during collection, and the apparatus is configured so that the bending angle or length of the auxiliary blades can be adjusted in accordance with changes in barn width, thereby allowing flexible adaptation.
