The present invention relates to a continuous livestock manure feeding apparatus for a solid-state anaerobic digestion process, and more particularly to a continuous livestock manure feeding apparatus for a solid-state anaerobic digestion process in which leachate is stored inside a transfer housing and within a feed line so as to prevent air from being introduced into the livestock manure being conveyed and supplied, and to prevent biogas generated in the anaerobic digestion process from flowing backward, while the moisture content of the livestock manure is increased by the leachate and the manure is intermeshed and rotated by a plurality of screws. In addition, a flotation-prevention net is installed to prevent the livestock manure from floating in the leachate, thereby enabling stable feeding, facilitating the treatment of lumpy livestock manure, and allowing stable continuous feeding.
