The present invention relates to a livestock barn manure collection and transfer apparatus applicable while livestock are present, the apparatus including a spreading device for a drying agent or functional coating material with improved treatment efficiency, which passes through a partitioned lower portion of the barn. More specifically, the invention provides an apparatus which, inside a barn in which livestock are continuously housed, reciprocates along the barn within a clearance space formed between the barn floor and a rotating member installed in the barn, thereby collecting and transferring manure accumulated on the barn floor. A scraper unit for collecting and transferring manure is formed to protrude from the bottom so as to transfer the manure, and the angle of the scraper unit can be adjusted according to the size of the manure. In addition, a brush unit that is brought into close contact with the ground and conveyed together with the scraper unit is used so that manure can be reliably collected and transferred in a double manner. During the collection and transfer of manure, a drying agent such as dried manure or sawdust is sprayed to the outside so that excreted feces and residual manure not completely collected do not adhere to the barn floor but rather form lumps that are easy to collect and transfer, thereby improving treatment efficiency. Furthermore, by spraying onto the barn floor a coating material having various functionalities, such as antibacterial properties and odor reduction properties, barn hygiene and environmental improvement can be easily achieved.
