A carcass treatment apparatus is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the carcass treatment apparatus may include: a storage tank that accommodates livestock subject to culling; a first door hingedly coupled to an inlet formed at one end of the storage tank and configured to open and close the inlet; and a gas injection device coupled to the storage tank and configured to inject, into the storage tank, a gas for disposing of the livestock subject to culling.
