An environmental monitoring sensor node for monitoring exhaust gas according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: an environmental sensor module configured to detect the exhaust gas and generate environmental raw information; a position sensor module configured to generate location information of the environmental monitoring sensor node; and a data processing and transmission module configured to generate environmental package information using the environmental raw information and the location information, and to transmit the generated environmental package information to an environmental monitoring apparatus.
